Ministry Organizations

Gathering Ministries

"For the body is not one member, but many." - 1 Corinthians 12:14 (KJV)

Here are the many ministries that one can take part of at Friendship Worship Center.

Agape Catering

There's a feast going on!

Not only are you fed the Word of God at FWC but we're blessed to have our own catering facility on premises.  We feed your body and the soul!

Head of Agape Catering - Lady Aro D. Edwers

Audio Visual

The mission of the AV ministry is to enhance the worship experience and spiritual growth of our congregation through innovative and reliable audio-visual services. We are dedicated to rapidly reproducing worship services and special events, ensuring high-quality recordings and broadcasts. Our skilled team is committed to supporting members and speakers with professional setup and technical assistance, enabling impactful and seamless presentations. By leveraging technology, we aim to create an immersive and accessible environment for worship and community engagement, both within and beyond our church walls.

Head of Audio Visual - Deacon Eric Edwers

Children's Ministry

Our Children’s Ministry is focused on the training and development of our youth. We first seek to introduce the children to the Bible and Christ Jesus and then progressively teach them more about the Gospel. For our pre-teens and adolescents, we seek to help them to identify themselves and offer Christ as the model to reflect.  We encourage all youth to participate in one of our various youth ministries:  choir, dance, audio/visual, ushering or children's church.

Head of Children's Ministry - Sis. Myra Champion

Dance Ministry

The Friendship Worship Center Praise Dancers are committed to the very essence of the scripture:

"Let them praise His name with dancing and make music to Him with timbrel and harp" - Psalms 149:3 (NIV)

They are comprised of youth and young adults who believe in showcasing their gifts unto the Lord. Their hope is to bless God's people and to minister to the lost sheep as they praise and worship the Lord through fluid heartfelt movements that convey a love and a yearning for Christ.

Head of Dance Ministry - Sister Myra Champion
